Family SUNDAY
With its sweet and spicy flavors, HONEY PORK CHOPS reminds me of a lot of family personalities! In a small bowl, mix 1/3 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup each honey and olive oil, 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro, 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium seasoned salt and 1/4 teaspoon each cumin and cayenne pepper. Reserve 3 tablespoons marinade; set aside. Place 4 (1-inch thick) boneless pork chops in a resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 3 hours. Remove pork, discard marinade. Broil or grill on medium 4 to 5 minutes per side, brushing with reserved 3 tablespoons marinade halfway though cooking; discard marinade. Serve with BROWN RICE, GREEN BEANS and CRUSTY BREAD.
BANANA CREAM PIE IN A BOWL is a wonderful dessert. Prepare 1 (3.4 ounce, 4-serving-size) package of instant banana pudding mix according to directions, using 1 percent milk. Layer 1/2 cup (1 cup total) reduced-fat vanilla wafer cookie crumbs, half the pudding and 1 1/2 (3 total) sliced medium bananas in a 2-quart serving bowl. Repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 4 hours. Top with light whipped cream before serving.

Budget MONDAY
Never mind that it's economical, TURKEY WALNUT MUSHROOM LOAF (see recipe) goes into my favorites file. Serve it with BAKED POTATOES, steamed CARROTS and MULTIGRAIN ROLLS. Enjoy PEACHES for dessert.
PLAN AHEAD: Save enough turkey loaf and bake extra potatoes for Tuesday.

Heat and Eat TUESDAY
Use the leftovers for TURKEY LOAF SANDWICHES on WHOLE-WHEAT BREAD. Spread some chutney on the bread and add a lettuce leaf and a slice of the turkey loaf. Cut the leftover potatoes into 3/4-inch wedges, coat with cooking spray and bake in a 425-degree oven about 10 to 15 minutes or until hot. Add a SPINACH SALAD. PLUMS are your dessert.

Meatless WEDNESDAY
Forget about meat tonight and serve THREE BEAN SOUP (see recipe). Alongside, GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES are perfect. Finish with CANTALOUPE WEDGES for dessert.

Express THURSDAY
Keep the kitchen cool tonight with PEPPER JACK AND TURKEY SANDWICHES. Spread whole-wheat bread slices with ground mustard. Layer romaine, sliced pepper jack cheese, deli smoked turkey slices and sliced tomatoes. Halve sandwiches and serve with BAKED POTATO CHIPS and deli COLESLAW. For dessert, try BLUEBERRIES.

Kids' FRIDAY
Make the kids (and adults!) happy with ORANGY BARBECUE CHICKEN. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking pan with nonstick foil. Mix together 3/4 cup barbecue sauce, 1/4 cup orange marmalade and 2 teaspoons chili powder. Reserve 1/4 cup; toss remaining mixture with 8 skinless chicken legs. Place on pan; bake 25 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with the reserved sauce, RICE and CARROT STICKS. Instant CHOCOLATE PUDDING made with 1 percent milk and topped with MARSHMALLOW TOPPING would make any kid smile.

Entertaining SATURDAY
It's time to celebrate and "SPIRITED" LAMB SKEWERS (see recipe) is a perfect time to gather friends for some Fourth of July festivities. Serve the skewers with vegetarian BAKED BEANS, your PASTA SALAD and SOURDOUGH BREAD. CHOCOLATE BROWNIES and fat-free VANILLA ICE CREAM are all-American desserts.
